Improve Your Health and Happiness

When did you last grab a drink of water? I ask because staying hydrated is key to your health … both physical and mental. It’s true! Proper hydration improves everything from your skin to your mood. So while most of us aren’t paying much attention to how well we’re watering our bodies, it’s something I’d like you to be informed about. Because that’s when you’re empowered to take action and improve your health and happiness. Here are a few important things to know that will help you keep your body in balance:   
  • Aim for 64-96 oz of water a day.
  • Proper hydration is important all year round … not only when the weather heats up. Be consistent, and you’ll reap the benefits all year long.
  • What’s in it for you? Water nourishes your skin from within, fights fatigue and depression, slows the aging process and improves your mood. And it gets better.
