When did you last grab a drink of water? I ask because staying hydrated is key to your health … both physical and mental. It’s true! Proper hydration improves everything from your skin to your mood. So while most of us aren’t paying much attention to how well we’re watering our bodies, it’s something I’d like you to be informed about.
